RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At JJ Natural Curls, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of our hair care products and for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.

Customers must notify us of their intention to return within 14 days of delivery. After notifying us, the product must be returned within 14 days.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Orders placed online and collected from our salon remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
