SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times as these depend on the carrier.

Please ensure that your shipping information is entered correctly. JJ Natural Curls cannot be held responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Customers may choose to collect their order from our salon in Amsterdam-Zuidoost. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email confirmation with pickup instructions. Please wait until you have received confirmation before visiting the salon.

Orders not collected within 30 days may be cancelled unless otherwise agreed. We will contact you before cancelling your order to arrange a suitable solution.
